New 3,000 sq. ft. single-family residence
with ground floor, handicapped-
accessible "Granny" apartment.
70% of demolition materials from existing
house and new construction waste were diverted from land fill, with the
remainder being monitored by the Ontario Recycling Commission for future
options.
Our design included installation of a state-of-the-art,
high-efficiency integrated domestic hot water/space heating unit and whole
house heat recovery ventilation system.
